How AI answers pick companies in Dubai
Ask an AI engine for the best provider of almost anything in Dubai and it names three or four companies, with its sources listed underneath. It builds that list from sources it can read and that did not come from you: directories, review sites, regional press and comparison pages. Your own site is where it checks the details, and it is rarely where the recommendation comes from.
Two things make Dubai harder than most markets. Buyers ask in English and in Arabic, and an Arabic question can pull in sources your English pages never reach. Many companies also trade under a brand that differs from the name on their trade licence, so an engine finds two names, two addresses and sometimes two phone numbers, and cannot be sure they belong to one company.
GEO in Dubai starts by finding out which sources decide your category here and making every one of them describe the same company.
Sources we check first in Dubai
A Dubai company can be described in English and Arabic, under a brand and under a licence name. We start with the sources that hold each version.
-
Business press
Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Arabian Business and Zawya. A story in any of them gives an engine an independent line to quote about you.
-
Your licence
The trade licence from Dubai Economy and Tourism, or the public register of your free zone, such as DMCC or DIFC. The name there is the one every listing has to match.
-
Listings and portals
Google Business Profile in English and Arabic, Bayut and Property Finder for property, and Dubizzle for many local services.
-
B2B reviews
G2, Capterra and Clutch, where software and agency buyers across the Gulf compare providers.
The audit then shows which of these turn up in the answers your buyers get, and what else the engines cite in your category.
How we run GEO in Dubai
In Dubai we start by putting your licence name, your brand and your Arabic name side by side, since that comparison sets the first month's fixes. Then the six steps below run as they do everywhere.
We track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, and put your question set to each of them every month.

What runs alongside GEO
GEO sits on top of the basics. An engine has to reach your pages and read them before any outside source can vouch for you, so we run the three together.
-
GEO
We put your buyers' real questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers, record who gets named and what gets cited, then work the sources that decide the answer in your category.
-
SEO
Rankings still feed the answers. Google's AI Overviews draw on pages in its own index, and ChatGPT and Perplexity search the web before they answer, so the pages that answer your buyers need to rank in Dubai as well.
-
Web Development
AI crawlers get blocked by accident more often than on purpose, through robots.txt, a firewall rule or a bot-protection default nobody chose. We check that GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot can reach your site and that every page says plainly what it is.
What you get every month
All four are yours to keep, whether or not you stay with us.
-
The question set
20 to 30 of your buyers' real questions, agreed with you at the start and put to every engine each month.
-
The citation log
Every answer, the companies it named and the sources it cited, recorded month by month.
-
The source scorecard
Each source that decides your category, where you stand on it, and what it takes to get onto it.
-
The monthly report
Your share of citations against the companies you compete with, what changed, and the work planned for next month.
What we check by category in Dubai
Each category has its own registers and review sites. In Dubai, these are the records an engine can use to confirm a company is what it says it is.
-
Law firms
Legal answers about Dubai lean on Chambers Global and The Legal 500 EMEA. We also check the firm's registration with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, and whether each named lawyer's credentials can be confirmed somewhere other than the firm's own site.
Law firm marketing in Dubai -
Real estate
Brokers are registered with RERA at the Dubai Land Department. We make sure the agency name on that record matches the one on Bayut, Property Finder and your site.
-
Restaurants and hotels
Answers about where to eat or stay draw on review sites, so we work on Google reviews, Tripadvisor and Talabat, and on the Arabic version of each listing.
Why Dubai businesses work with us
We run the same GEO framework from every office, adjusted for the sources that decide your category in Dubai.
-
We wrote the book on it
Our founder Pawan Khatri's GEO for Law Firms, published in July 2026, sets out the framework we run for every client, whatever the category.
-
Reporting you keep
You get the question set, the citation log and the source scorecard, and they stay yours. If six months of work has not changed how often the engines name you, your own reports will show it.

An office in Dubai
We work from Laifa Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, in the same time zone as your team and your buyers.
Start with a free GEO audit
We put 20 to 30 of your buyers' questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers, then send you who got named, which sources were cited, and anything said about you that was wrong.
GEO in Dubai: common questions
Our trade licence name differs from our brand. Does that matter?
It can. An engine that finds your licence name in one directory and your brand in another may not connect them, and it will not recommend a company it is unsure about. We make your name, address and phone agree across your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and the directories that matter in your category.
Do we need Arabic content to appear in AI answers?
If your buyers ask in Arabic, yes. An engine answering an Arabic question reaches for Arabic sources first, so a company with English-only pages can drop out of those answers. We check which of your buyers' questions are asked in Arabic before recommending any translation, because some categories are decided almost entirely in English.
How much does GEO cost in Dubai?
Our GEO engagements start at $2,000 a month. The price depends on how many engines and questions we track and how much earned-coverage work your category needs. The audit that starts it is free.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. If you sell across the UAE or into Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Gulf, we build a question set for each market, because an engine answering about Riyadh reads different sources from one answering about Dubai. We also run GEO from offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Toronto and New York.
