    We argue in documents before we build. It is slower on Monday and much faster by Friday.

  • Show the working

    Recommendations come with the reasoning and the trade-offs, internally and with clients.

  • Remote, with overlap

    Work where you like, but keep enough hours in common with the team to be reachable.
